1.) Encourage

Here are some ideas:

Giving encouragement to someone is such a simple, easy thing that can completely change someone's outlook on their day, week, or even life.
Encouragement can come in many forms. It can be a compliment, an act of service, or something as simple as telling someone you appreciate them.
It can be sent virtually via text, call, face time, email, etc. It can be sent in a letter or a card. It can be in person. Encouragement can be given to family members, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, or even strangers. Exactly how it is done, or what it entails is up to you. The importance lies in the act itself.  The goal here is to spread encouragement from person to person to create a "web of encouragement" that promotes positive change in society and, however small, in the world.

So please, begin to develop this habit; encourage someone. Make it part of your life. Practice it daily. Help us spread the Web of Encouragement.
If and when you feel ready to participate, take on the Encouragement Challenge, available on the next link.
